During an alert, users have the ability to share relevant emergency information including their GPS coordinates, text, audio, and photo information. They can also classify the type of emergency. Users can directly communicate with administrators and emergency personnel through chat and even share a live audio connection. Administrators and emergency personnel receive the emergency alerts through push notifications and can communicate directly with users.

Users can also receive notifications for emergency incidents triggered by other users on-campus or off-campus. Each site is geofenced to ensure that the respective parties receive critical and timely emergency alert notifications.
